- To ship your portrait frame safely, there is a $22.00 packaging and handling fee applied to each frame being shipped domestically, and a $10.00 packaging and handling fee for Augustana and Campus Mail options. If you choose Free In-Store Pick-Up (Students' Union Building), this fee will not apply.
