Textbook Adoption

Submitting Your Course Material Request

The Bookstore uses Verba Collect system to make it easy for you to submit your course material requests!

Instructors will receive an email from Verba Collect when we are ready to accept adoption requests for the term. Simply click the personalized link in that email to access the system and submit your requests.

If you did not receive an email for the current term, or you have recently been assigned your course, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to set you up as a user. Alternatively, you may click the following link and self-register. You will need to click "Reset My Password", enter a new password, and follow the instructions to self-register.

Our Mission:
The Bookstore serves the needs of students, faculty, and staff of the University of Alberta by ensuring the timely provision of books, equipment, materials, and services at the lowest possible cost. To that end, we encourage Faculty to adopt their books as early as possible. 

Suggested Textbook Adoption Dates:
Fall Term: June 15
Winter Term: October 15
Spring Term: March 15
Summer Term: May 15
